Fishing Report - Updated 5/6/24

BassBass are moving into their post-spawn pattern, and Texas-rigged soft plastics are working well. Crankbaits and flukes are also catching some fish, as well as some topwater lures.
Crappie Crappie fishing is slow, as they are post-spawn and are being caught in deeper water than the bass are.
BreamThe bream bite has been fair to good recently, but a lot of small bluegill are being caught. The redear bite has picked up, and some very nice fish in the 10-12" range are being caught. Crickets fished under a cork for bluegill and worms for redear have been the hot baits lately.
Catfish A few catfish are being caught by bream anglers, but aside from that, the bite has been slow. Tight-lining liver and/or worms off the wooden and earthen piers in both the pond and the big lake can be productive.

Reminder: All Walleye caught must be released immediately.
